Alright, Military spouse here. Rent is about $761/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 37.3%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $761 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
