Housing in East Cleveland compared to Denver

Hello, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I work in healthcare here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is underrated. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The food scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Charlotte about 7 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are developing, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Hope this helps!.
