Best coffee shops in East Falmouth?

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -East Falmouth sits at 355.8 per 100K. Household incomes average around $69,121 in East Falmouth. It's a a small town city with about 6,415 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Charlotte about 6 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are developing, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
