Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -East Foothills sits at 321.1 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 8,630 people. Homes are going for about $1,214,000 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
