Best hidden gems in East Franklin

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. With a population of 10,281, East Franklin is a small town. Household incomes average around $105,363 in East Franklin. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
