Remote worker thinking about East Franklin

Random thought, I'm originally from Tucson and You can expect to pay around $1,794 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
