Rent vs buy in East Glenville -what makes sense?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,363 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks!
