Hey, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 5,670 people. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,213 for rent here. The median home value here is around $585,400, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
