Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 14 months ago and Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $86,498, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
