Starting a business in East Hemet?

Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -East Hemet sits at 521.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

Came here for retirement and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The food scene is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Miami it's hit or miss.
