Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $210,500, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $69,750, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
