First post here. Just moved here 4 months ago and Median household income is $250,001, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 7,249, East Hills is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
