What I wish I knew before living in East Hills

OK so Homes are going for about $1,371,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in West. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Definitely worth checking out..
