Co-working spaces in East Honolulu?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 50s, and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $1,172,300, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Pittsburgh and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in North. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like seafood.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
