Is East Honolulu worth moving to in 2026?
I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $1,172,300, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $3,249/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 50,961 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
