Commute times in East Lake -how bad?

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -East Lake sits at 108.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $457,300 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Came here for weather and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The cultural scene is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
