Should I move to East Lake or stay in Seattle?

I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $93,862 in East Lake. Median household income is $93,862, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $457,300 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The healthcare is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
