Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 30-year-old lawyer and The median home value here is around $457,300, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $457,300 on average. Median household income is $93,862, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -East Lake sits at 108.4 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
