Hey folks, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $221,500, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $1,417/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
