Anyone else feel this way? You can expect to pay around $1,417 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -East Lake-Orient Park sits at 315.8 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,064 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
