First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,542/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $201,400 on average. With a population of 2,699, East Lansdowne is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
