Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -East Liverpool sits at 122.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 26.9%, which is higher than I expected. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
