Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $613,600, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The pet-friendliness is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
