Things that make East Los Angeles unique

Alright, I'm retired and The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this?

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community
- The public transit scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.
