Starting a business in East Merrimack?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 13 years and Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone about the same since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
