Day-to-day life in East Missoula, MT

Hey folks, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $65,541 in East Missoula. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Sunset area are decent. Kids love it here.
