Anyone work in healthcare in East Moline?

Curious what people think. I'm single, late 40s, and Rent is about $826/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Thanks!

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
