Is East Moline walkable?

Curious what people think. I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -East Moline sits at 369.6 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
