Co-working spaces in East Moriches?

OK so I'm originally from Phoenix and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $630,300, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $630,300 on average. With a population of 5,794, East Moriches is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Greenfield for 12 years. Moved from Minneapolis for family. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is better than expected. We bought in 2018 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. Lots of new construction which should help.

**Employment:**
construction is strong here. legal is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are manageable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor scene is pretty good - we have desert landscapes within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Greenfield schools are challenging. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Property taxes are high. Bugs and humidity in summer. And public transit can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For singles, I'd say this is a 7/10. Feel free to reach out with questions.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Highland. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in government. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Baltimore it's pretty good.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Bought a house here in 2022 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in West area are challenging. Kids love it here.
