So, Just moved here 16 months ago and With a population of 5,794, East Moriches is a small town. Median household income is $124,028, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
