Best neighborhoods to rent in East Palestine?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 15 years and The median home value here is around $114,100, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I've lived in North for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Good internet infrastructure

- Four distinct seasons

- The nightlife scene is underrated

The downsides:

- Urban sprawl is real

- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
