Grocery stores in East Patchogue -recommendations?

Alright, Homes are going for about $459,200 on average. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $107,721, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 21,364 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The community vibe is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
