Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 22,485 people. Homes are going for about $160,800 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
