Life in East Point as a young professional

I'm a 33-year-old social worker and Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,233 people. Rent is about $1,314/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 5.8%, which is about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
