Starting a business in East Point?

First post here. Military spouse here. Median household income is $58,983, which feels about average for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much developing but now it's tough.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
