Freelancing from East Rancho Dominguez -experience?

Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $548,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 16.7%, which is higher than I expected. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much competitive but now it's pretty good.
