Cheapest neighborhoods in East Renton Highlands?

We have two kids and Rent is about $2,697/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $140,048 in East Renton Highlands. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great sushi places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 6 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
