The good and bad of living in East Ridge

Hey, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,112 for rent here. Homes are going for about $182,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The public transit is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
