Should I move to East Riverdale or stay in Kansas City?

Hey folks, Crime rate is something to consider -East Riverdale sits at 653.5 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much wild but now it's pretty good.
