Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 19,043, East Riverdale is a small town. The median home value here is around $346,700, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
