Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $414,000, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks for reading. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
