Anyone regret moving to East Whittier?

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $105,104 in East Whittier. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Any advice would be great.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
