The good and bad of living in Eastchester

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 3 years and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 20,519, Eastchester is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in South area are improving. Kids love it here.
