Best kept secrets of Eastern Goleta Valley, CA

Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 29,411, Eastern Goleta Valley is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much wild but now it's excellent.

I'm a contractor and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
