Hi all, I'm a 50-year-old writer and It's a a smaller city city with about 29,411 people. You can expect to pay around $2,924 for rent here. Rent is about $2,924/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
