First time home buyer in Easthampton Town

Hello, I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,192 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 15 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
