Should I move to Easthampton Town or stay in Baltimore?

Hey, Median household income is $72,925, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $72,925 in Easthampton Town. The median home value here is around $343,800, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,192/month for a decent place. With a population of 16,103, Easthampton Town is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Pine Hills area are underrated. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Riverside. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in tech. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Hope this helps!.
