Curious what people think. We have two kids and Rent is about $2,128/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 23,486 people. Median household income is $139,346, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
