First post here. Rent is about $1,177/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,177 for rent here. The median home value here is around $348,400, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?
