I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $348,400 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Phoenix it's hit or miss.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is tough in most areas.
